Marco Marchiello

I’m Marco Marchiello, an independent messaging and wholesale industry professional with nearly two decades of experience across A2P messaging, international wholesale, carrier strategy and global connectivity.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with mobile network operators, aggregators, messaging providers and enterprise customers across international markets, developing strategic partnerships and managing high-volume messaging traffic. My experience spans A2P procurement, routing, pricing, carrier strategy, commercial negotiations and the evolving regulatory landscape surrounding business messaging.

I’ve built and managed relationships with hundreds of suppliers and industry partners globally, giving me a broad understanding of the commercial, technical and operational challenges shaping the messaging ecosystem.

Based in Sydney, Australia, I work internationally across global messaging markets and bring a practical wholesale and carrier perspective to the ITW Messaging Advisory Board. I’m particularly interested in improving connectivity, transparency and commercial sustainability across the global messaging ecosystem.
